How do credits work?
Each photo a guest uploads costs you 1 credit. If the same photo is uploaded twice, the duplicate is free. If you reject a photo in the approval queue, the credit comes straight back.
What happens if I run out mid-event?
The album pauses — guests see a friendly message and nothing is lost. Top up and uploads resume immediately.
Do credits expire?
Never. Whatever's left after your wedding is waiting for the baby shower.
What happens after 30 days?
Every photo is permanently deleted, 30 days after the first upload. We email you warnings at 7, 3 and 1 day out so you can download the ZIP first. No extensions — deletion is the product promise, not a limitation.
Is there a free tier?
No, but every new account gets 100 free credits — enough to genuinely try it at a small gathering before spending anything.
